Hello, and welcome to Hoitoasiantuntija Wei!

I’m Wei, a registered nurse whose journey began in China and grew stronger in Finland. I started my nursing career in 2012 in Beijing, moved to Finland in 2016 to retrain, and became a licensed Finnish nurse in 2017. In 2021, I completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management.

Throughout the years, I’ve worked in various healthcare settings across Finland and continuously advanced my expertise. I completed four professional specialization programs: wound care, stoma care, perioperative care, and palliative care — all to ensure safer and higher-quality care for my clients.

Lifelong growth has always been my guiding principle. Now, in 2025, after more than a decade in nursing, I’ve embraced a new challenge: becoming an entrepreneur in home care. I believe nursing is more than a profession — it’s a mission. I want to care for every patient in my own way, using the knowledge and compassion I’ve gained to give back to society. No matter my skin color, background, or language, the heart of a nurse within me never changes.

Wound care

(including negative pressure therapy)

Assessment and treatment of all wound types.

Note: Clients should have necessary supplies available or be able to obtain them (e.g., from a medical supply distribution center). We do not sell materials but can assist in acquiring them.
